I Heard it on a Podcast

February 23, 2006 · 0 comments

It’s been almost a year now since I had a Skype conversation with Aaron Klinefelter when he slipped and said the “P” word. Yep, you guessed it, podcasting. Within the past year I have listened to countless hours of podcasts, some that I have subscribed to and many that I have deleted after listening to a show are two. I even have a few podcast initiatives mapped out in the Moleskine, just waiting to be launched.

So, daily I load up the iPod and head off to work. During the commute to and from as well as at times at work I fill my ears with some great podcasts. Here is just a sampling from my library.

Daily Meditations:

Pray as you Go: Daily prayer by the Jesuit Media Initiatives

Verbum Domini: Daily scripture readings from the liturgical calendar

Praystation Portable: morning and evening prayer from the liturgy of hours
