Procrastination Hacks

This weekend I’ve been evaluating my goals that I plan to accomplish in ’07. One of the things I did was not only record my list of goals, but also made a list of things that I would have to do different this year if I didn’t want the same result from the previous year. While I’ve noticed there has been tremendous results in the first month, I find that when distractions come up I push things to the side and then never get back to it.

Over at the GTD Wannabe blog there is a list of “Procrastination Hacks” that I want to implement in February. GTD Wannabe suggests,

  1. Turn off the TV
  2. Techno Kicks It
  3. Keep Track of Time
  4. Start Strong
  5. Plan Ahead
  6. Do it Tomorrow
  7. Your Computer is a Distraction
  8. Your Desk can be a Distraction
  9. Pretend You Don’t Have Wireless
