I think it&#039;s also important to watch portion sizes. Eating too much of anything is going to make you uncomfortably full and have you watching the clock for nap time.

2. Dr. Dean Edell has written in his book that he can find no study that proves the (intuitively logical) notion that drinking alot of water contributes to our health... yet iI try to drink at least 6 glasses a day
