I’m consistently running into people that are looking for the next thing, but never seem to find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Hours, weeks and months are spent hoping that they will discover the missing link using the same tactics and coming up with the same results.
The biggest challenge is to be honest with yourself and understand what you’re good at and then ask yourself how this lines up with what you’re passionate about.
